Kirsten Antony is a Colorado RN who has worked in long-term care since 1994 and provided mobile foot care since 2001.
Why this work matters
Helping people feel comfortable and cared for at home.
After years as a supervisor, charge nurse, and wound care nurse in long-term care communities, Kirsten saw how difficult routine foot care could become for older adults and people with disabilities. She founded Heel Your Feet in 2001 to bring skilled, respectful care directly to them.
Today, Kirsten visits private homes, assisted living centers, senior communities, and group homes across the Denver metro area. Her goal is simple: listen carefully, work gently, and help each client feel more comfortable and confident about their feet.
A practical, holistic philosophy
Kirsten believes conventional nursing knowledge and complementary wellness practices can coexist thoughtfully. Foot care visits focus on routine nail and skin care, observation, education, and appropriate referrals. Reflexology, Healing Touch, and sound healing are offered separately as wellness services for relaxation and personal wellbeing.
Outside of appointments, Kirsten enjoys Colorado’s outdoors with her family, friends, and two dogs. Running, hiking, and biking keep her grounded and connected to the active life she wants her clients to enjoy in their own way.
