What a visit includes

Kirsten asks about your concerns and checks the feet and nails. Care is gentle, non-cosmetic, and tailored to you.

  • Foot and nail observation
  • Toenail trimming and filing
  • Reduction and smoothing of thick nails
  • Gentle callus and corn care
  • Care around ingrown nails when appropriate
  • Hygiene and footwear guidance
  • Foot massage
  • Referral guidance when needed
Who is foot care for?

Seniors, people living with diabetes, adults with mobility or vision limits, and anyone who cannot safely reach or care for their feet. Kirsten also works with caregivers and care communities.

Please note: This is routine foot and nail care—not emergency care or a replacement for a podiatrist. New wounds, infection signs, sudden swelling, or severe pain need prompt medical evaluation.

What should I have ready?

Kirsten brings the tools. Please provide a comfortable chair, good light, water access, and a clean towel. Share relevant health or mobility needs before the visit.

Reflexology

Focused pressure on the feet, offered for relaxation, comfort, and stress reduction.

Healing Touch

A gentle energy-based practice using light touch or near-body techniques for relaxation. It does not replace medical care.

Sound healing

Calming tones and vibration from instruments such as singing bowls, adapted to your comfort.
