Heel Your Feet Foot Care
Are your toenails thick, ingrown, or difficult to reach? Do you manage diabetes, circulatory challenges, or mobility limitations? These are just a few of the reasons clients invite me into their homes for professional foot care they can trust.
As a Level II foot care nurse trained through the Medical University of South Carolina, I provide non-cosmetic medical pedicures, diabetic foot care, and ongoing education about hygiene, footwear, and prevention. Every visit includes a thorough assessment along with meticulous nail and callus care, gentle filing, aromatherapy or unscented massage, and referrals when additional specialists are needed.
Foot Care Visits May Include:
- Complete foot and skin assessment
- Foot soak with soothing aromatherapy
- Toenail trimming and debridement
- Gentle filing of corns and calluses
- Sugar foot scrub and moisturizing massage
I regularly host clinics at assisted living centers, senior communities, and group homes in addition to private in-home appointments. All supplies are provided—I simply ask for access to water and a towel when visiting your residence.

Please use reflexology wisely — your safety is always my top priority.

Sound Healing
Sound healing uses tuning forks, gongs, singing bowls, and voice to invite deep relaxation and vibrational balance. Every session is personalized and may be paired with reflexology or Healing Touch for an immersive restorative experience.
Whether you prefer to simply rest and receive or participate through toning and breathwork, sound healing helps calm the nervous system, harmonize brainwave patterns, and activate the body’s natural healing response. Sessions typically last 60 minutes.
